How long does the delivery takes?

• Our delivery will take about 1 to 3 working days (with ready stock) unless stated otherwise (i.e. on mentioned lead time)

Is the delivery free?

• No, there are charges for the delivery depending on the weight of the parcels. 

Can I choose my preferred delivery date and timing?

• Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate request for specific date and timing for the delivery since the parcels will be delivered via 3rd party logistic company.

• Please drop us a message at 018-228 4002 or an email with your order number to sales@takeaseat.my and we will try our best to ship your item out to our logistic partner as soon as possible.

• If opt to pick up the order instead of using the local delivery service, any delivery charges paid at the time of purchase will be non-refundable.

Do you deliver worldwide?

• No, we do not deliver worldwide.

• We only deliver the products within Malaysia at the moment.
